Posted October 8, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Player accounts
Boilerplate pending attorney review.
This Privacy Notice explains what personal information ANI Games collects about players of our websites, mobile web app and games (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to player accounts. Business partners and licensing customers are covered by a separate notice.
1. Who we are
The data controller for player information is Jocelyn Mahan, operating ANI Games as Another Night In in Seattle, Washington. You can reach us at: player support at +1 (425) 554-1559, +1 (425) 554-1559, or Instagram @ANIgamesJM.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
Account details: email address, display name or username, and password credentials (stored in a form we cannot read as plain text).
Sign-in identifiers when you use Google or Apple, such as the name and email address that provider passes to us.
Contact details you choose to send, such as a phone number or an address for a prize or a support request.
Payment confirmation details from our payment provider — the amount, the date, and the status of a purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Support messages, refund and dispute requests, and any screenshots or recordings you send us.
Free-entry mail-in or email details for a promotion, when you choose to enter that way.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Wallet and transaction data: coin balance, purchases, refunds, bonuses, coupon redemptions, referral and affiliate credits, and admin adjustments.
Gameplay data: games played, bet size, run results, scores, leaderboard entries, tournament submissions, and the records needed to check that a win matches a real bet.
Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, app version, and session identifiers.
Usage data: pages and games viewed, time on page, clicks, and referring or landing pages.
Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tags that record which campaign or link brought you to the site.
2.3 Information from third parties
Payment providers: purchase and refund status.
Analytics and advertising platforms: visit counts, campaign tags, and whether an ad led to a sign-up.
Sign-in providers: confirmation that you own the email address used to sign in.
3. How we use information
To create and run your account, wallet, and access to games.
To process purchases, apply bonuses and coupons, and pay referral and affiliate rewards.
To run games and tournaments fairly — checking that scores and wins are genuine, and detecting cheating, bots, duplicate accounts, and other abuse.
To operate promotions, notify winners, and report prize value where the law requires it.
To provide player support and to respond to your requests and complaints.
To measure and improve the Service, and to understand which campaigns bring players in.
To send service messages — receipts, verification notices, security alerts, and changes to our terms.
To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights, property, and safety.
We do not use your information to make decisions with legal or significant effect based solely on automated processing.
4. Legal bases (UK, EEA and Switzerland)
Contract — to provide the Service, wallet, purchases, and promotions you have asked for.
Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, and develop features.
Consent — where you give it, such as marketing messages or non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and record-keeping duties.
5. How we share information
Service providers who host the Service, process payments, deliver email, store data, provide analytics, and supply sign-in. They may use information only to perform those jobs for us under contract.
Promotion participants — winners may be published or made available where the official rules or a state require it.
Authorities, where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is required by law, a court order, or a lawful request, or is needed to prevent harm, fraud, or a threat to safety.
A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, on terms consistent with this Notice.
Anyone else, only with your consent or at your direction.
We use account campaign tags and site analytics to understand visits and sign-ups. Privacy requests, including requests to opt out of any sale or sharing where applicable, can be made through player support. The legal treatment of any future advertising tracking will be reviewed before it is introduced.
6. Retention
Account, wallet, and gameplay records are kept while your account is open.
Purchase, refund, and prize records are kept for the tax and accounting period that applies, and for any period needed to resolve a dispute or claim.
Abuse and ban records are kept so the same conduct can be recognised later.
Backups and logs may hold information for a further short period before they are overwritten.
If you request account closure, we review and verify the request and delete or de-identify information as required by applicable law, except records we must retain for legal obligations, disputes or abuse prevention. A fixed deletion deadline has not yet been established.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures intended to protect personal information — access controls, transport encryption, least-privilege access for administrators, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please keep your password and email account secure, and tell us promptly about any access you did not authorise.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep the Service working.
Preference cookies remember choices such as music on or off.
Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which games and pages are used.
Advertising cookies and campaign tags help us see whether an advertisement led to a visit or a sign-up.
You can control cookies through your browser, through the cookie settings in the Service where offered, and through advertising opt-outs such as the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages, or your device’s advertising identifier settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works.
If you would like us to stop using your information for advertising purposes, contact us at player support at +1 (425) 554-1559 and we will act on the request.
9. International transfers
ANI Games is operated from the United States. Our service providers may store or process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
correct information that is inaccurate;
delete your account and the personal information we hold about you;
give you your information in a portable format;
restrict or object to certain processing;
withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us at player support at +1 (425) 554-1559 or +1 (425) 554-1559. We will verify your identity — normally by confirming the email on your account — and respond within the time the law in your area allows. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask for written proof of their authority.

You may request disclosure of the categories and sources of personal information, the business purpose, and the third parties we disclosed it to.
You may request deletion, correction, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the EEA, that is the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it and close the account.
12. Promotions and winners
